We had a blessed Christmas and were fortunate to spend it with our families in Texas. It was a busy trip with many stops along the way, but it was so much fun to get to spend this special season in which we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with those we love.
We began with a stop in Dalhart in the Texas panhandle to visit John and Suzanne and their three kids. It was a great start to our trip where Sadie enjoyed playing with her cousins and we adults had a chance to catch-up with each other.

After a few days in Dalhart, it was off to Lubbock to meet up with the entire Foley Family (Grampi and Grammi, their 5 kids and spouses, and 11 grandkids). Thanks to Christine and Eric for hosting the full house!

Sadie wasn't always nice to Luke - she must not have known that Santa knows who's been naughty and who's been nice!
We left Lubbock and spent several days at Grampi's and Grammi's house. This was Sadie's first time to visit Sheffield and she really had fun (lots of room to run plus having her grandparents all to herself - what a deal!!!). It was also a nice relaxing stop in the middle of a busy trip.

And then we were off again - on to Troy to visit Amanda's side of the family.
Once again it was a full house with Mammaw and Pappaw, their kids,
and the stars of the show (Livy, Sadie, and Beatrice).

There was even snow on Christmas Eve which Livy loved -she even through a snow ball at Uncle Daniel
Once again, there were presents to be opened and by this time, Sadie had it down!
Oh fun... Amanda's Aunt Kim gave sadie a set of bells and she loves them(Amanda and I have had our fun with them as well, but we are not yet professionals!)
Now Santa knows for next year, Sadie loved her cousin Livy's dress-up clothes,especially the necklaces.
Sadie is showing off her piano skills on Mammaw's piano. Sadie got one of her own, only it is brightly colored and on a MUCH smaller scale.
