Sadie had a great Halloween weekend. Not only did she get to dress up and go trick-or-treating with her friend, Malachi, but she also had visitors. Grampi and Grammi came to visit all of the way from Texas. It didn't take long at all for her to warm up to them and think that whatever they were doing is what she wanted to be doing as well. What a fun weekend!
When we asked Sadie earlier in the month what she wanted to be for Halloween, she immediately told us that she wanted to be a purple kitty cat. We were stumped as to where the idea came from and why she chose that, but we did eventually figure out that in her book, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, there is a purple kitty cat. So, a purple kitty cat she was!

We are so glad that we had visitors for Halloween Weekend. Sadie was absolutely exhausted by Tuesday when they left which simply shows how much fun she had!
